Step 1: Let’s chat
Once you’ve reached out, we’ll drop you a WhatsApp message and ask a few questions to get the ball rolling. You can send us a couple of photos of the trees you’re concerned about.
Step 2: Quick video call with our arborist
We’ll set up a short, free 10-minute video call with our arborist. This gives us a proper feel for your space and helps us understand what you need, whether it’s pruning, removals, advice, or a mix of everything.
Step 3: We send you a proper quote
We’ll send you a clear, honest quote. No vague costs. No hidden extras. Just the info you need to decide.
Step 4: You give the go-ahead
Once you’re happy and confirm, we’ll book your job in. (We work on a first-pay, first-serve system, unless it’s a tree-mergency, of course.)
Step 5: We show up and get it done
On the day, our crew arrives ready. We work safely, clean up after ourselves, and respect your space. You’ll always know what’s happening and who’s on your property.
Step 6: We check in afterwards
Once the work’s done, we follow up to make sure you’re happy and give you any tips you might need for aftercare.
