Introducing the Urban Forest Profile
For a flat rate of R897, our expert team will create a detailed profile of up to 10 trees, including professional photographs, health diagnostics, and maintenance recommendations. Plus, R50 of your fee goes to a charity of your choice.
How It Works
1. Booking Confirmation
Once you’ve booked your UFP setup, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please ensure the date and time suit your schedule. If any adjustments are needed, you are most welcome to contact us.
2. Charity Selection
As part of our commitment to giving back, R50 of your UFP fee is donated to a charity. You will receive a list of our partnered charities via email. Please select your preferred charity and inform us of your choice.
3. Preparing for the Profile Setup
To help us provide the best service, please prepare a list of up to 10 trees you want included in your profile. Refer to our guide, “How Overberg Arborists Evaluate Your Trees,” to assist you in selecting the trees.
4. On-Site Assessment
One of our experts will visit your property on the scheduled date to conduct an on-site assessment. They will gather necessary information and take professional photographs of each tree, including:

Close-up shots of leaves, fruit, flowers, and seeds
5. Profile Creation
Your UFP will be meticulously crafted by our team:

6. Delivery of Your Urban Forest Profile
Upon completion, you will receive your UFP via email. This includes:

Professional photographs of each tree

Detailed tree identification and general health status

Diagnostics and maintenance recommendations

A full maintenance plan and quote for any recommended work
Additionally, you will have a courtesy onboarding call with your dedicated profile manager to walk you through your profile and answer any questions.
7. Ongoing Support
Your profile manager will monitor your profile throughout the year. You will be provided with timely recommendations for tree maintenance and care, offering relevant services to ensure your trees remain healthy and vibrant.
8. Referral Rewards
We value your support and referrals. As a token of our appreciation, you will receive:

9. Additional Services
Overberg Arborists offers a range of tree care services. For tree removals, an additional R100 will be donated to the Green Pop Mature Tree Planting Charity, and you will receive a 10% discount code for mature tree planting services.
